Refund policy
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
